1. General

These Terms of Service govern the use of SailorLoop, operated by Digital Loop d.o.o., Croatia. By using the service you accept these Terms.

2. The service

SailorLoop is a WhatsApp assistant for charter companies that answers guest questions, helps surface information, and escalates more complex cases to a human operator. It works alongside existing booking systems (Booking Manager, NauSYS) — it does not replace them.

3. Account and access

The charter company is responsible for safeguarding its credentials and for the actions of its users. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service in line with applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

• the service may not be used for unlawful purposes or to send unsolicited (spam) messages;
• you may not attempt to bypass security controls or overload the system;
• the charter is responsible for the lawful processing of its guests' data (see the Privacy Policy).

5. AI replies are informational

The assistant's replies are generated automatically and are informational only. They are not an official source or a substitute for professional advice — especially for weather, navigation and safety at sea. Use the competent official sources (e.g. the Croatian meteorological service, DHMZ), and in an emergency call 112 or hail VHF channel 16.

6. Pricing and payment

Pricing and payment terms are set out in a separate agreement or quote. Request details at info@digitalloop.hr.

7. Intellectual property

The service, code, design and the SailorLoop brand belong to Digital Loop d.o.o. Content a charter uploads (e.g. a welcome pack) remains the charter's property.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", with reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from use or inability to use the service, nor for decisions made on the basis of informational AI replies.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate in line with the agreement. On termination, data is processed per the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia; the competent court in Croatia has jurisdiction over disputes.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the change date is shown at the top.
